We are recommending customers to switch to Onn sticks and boxes that are sold at Walmart. You only need a Google account to activate the device as they run on Android OS. Amazon has started sending updates to their devices that will block 3rd party apps, and there's no workaround that will help bypass it. Your Amazon devices may work for now, but eventually your Amazon Firestick or box will stop working with our app. To save yourself from headaches, it's much easier to just buy one of these devices at Walmart. Same price as Amazon devices, and in my opinion, they are much better too.
After you receive them, let us know and we can send you instructions on how to setup the device with the app.
